burger Sriracha Spread

While your burger will be fantastic either on its own or on a bun, I find that a little kicked-up spread rounds it out quite nicely. Here’s a very simple sriracha spread you can try at home. This is a must-try if you love spicy spread on your sandwiches.

Burgers with mayo are fine, but don't they feel a bit bland? Why not add some kick to it by adding this sriracha spread that will give burgers more spice.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard yellow or dijon
  • 1 pinch truffle salt optional

Instructions

  • Mix everything together. Add a couple pinches of truffle salt if desired (or regular kosher or sea salt).
  • Adjust sriracha and mustard to taste. I prefer a good kick, so I tend to add another teaspoon of sriracha. Of course, you can always add more mayo if you get carried away with the spice.

Notes

Double this recipe if you’re cooking for mayo lovers like me. Of course, you can always put any extra in the fridge for sandwiches.
