Ingredients for the beef fajita patties:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper to taste

Ingredients for the burger assembly:

  • 4 medium burger buns
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cooked
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 4 medium leaves lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
