Big Mac Sauce is perfect for miniature versions of the original Big Mac hamburger. With the copycat Big Mac sauce and your own fresh ingredients, you can make these wonderful little burgers for yourself. I love a slider, don’t you? They are the wee versions of our favorite sandwiches and because they are “wee” eating more than one is more than acceptable. It is expected.
I must say, this is the perfect sauce for your little sliders. I don’t think I have ever called food “cute” before, but I mean, look at them. They are ADORABLE. The original Big Mac is made on a sesame seed bun (I do love a sesame seed bun), but I couldn’t find tiny ones, so I settled for plain slider buns. With or without the sesame seeds, these Big Mac Sauce For Sliders are fantastic and every bit as tasty as the fast food burger.
Awesome Big Mac Sauce For Sliders
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons french salad dressing
- 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon onion finely minced
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Cook your hamburger patties to your liking. To assemble the sliders, start off with your bun, sauce, lettuce, burger, cheese, pickle, and onion. Slice the bottom bun in half to make the middle bun. Top the onion with the sliced bun, sauce, burger, cheese, pickle, lettuce, onion, and the top of the bun spread with sauce. This sauce recipe will make about 8 sliders.
