Add the ground beef, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix until evenly combined.
Form the mixture into four equal parts and shape them into burger patties.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
While the patties are cooking, sauté the sliced red bell pepper and onion in the same skillet until tender.
