Everyone knows that you should eat at least two servings of fish per week, but many who do not enjoy fish can sometimes feel this is a chore. In addition, it is sometimes difficult to get kids to eat fish that isn’t battered and fried. That’s why I made this gourmet salmon burger with dijon dill sauce to make everyone enjoy eating their fish.
This gourmet salmon burger recipe is not only perfect for you, but it is also one your family will enjoy.
I buy fresh salmon when it is on sale, and that keeps the cost of this dinner meagre, making it an economical dinner choice. The nice thing about this recipe is it can be adapted to use any fish, not just salmon.
