  • 1 pound salmon fresh fillets
  • ½ pound shrimp fresh, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium egg lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 stalks green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (affiliate link)salt to taste
  • 1 pinch (affiliate link)ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 medium burger buns
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced

Instructions
