Easy Breakfast Burger
This Easy Breakfast Burger is a surefire way to kick off your mornings. It's healthy, delicious, and so easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans drained
- ½ cup green pepper diced
- 3 ½ cups potatoes steamed, diced
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add everything into your food processor and pulse until well combined, but not too combined to make a paste!
- Form into small, thin patties and bake at 400°F on a lined baking sheet for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway (make sure they don’t burn!)
