- 500 grams ground beef preferably 80% lean for juiciness
- 4 tablespoons bulgogi sauce store-bought or homemade
- 4 medium brioche buns lightly toasted
- 1 medium cucumber sliced thinly
- 1 cup kimchi chopped
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds for garnish
