Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine anchovies, capers, Kalamata olives, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh thyme. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add the cooled roasted tomatoes and red pepper flakes (if using) to the processor. Pulse a few times until incorporated, keeping a slightly chunky texture.
