chicken seasoning

olive oil
divided
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a food processor (only 1 tablespoon of olive oil) and pulse until finely chopped (not pureed).
Then form the mixture into hamburger sized patties. Preheat a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to medium-high heat.
Add the chickpea patties and cook on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned.
Once cooked, top with your favourite burger toppings and enjoy!
