The Louisiana Cajun Crawfish Burger is a bold and flavorful twist on a classic burger, infused with the rich and spicy essence of Cajun cuisine. Inspired by the heart of Louisiana’s bayou country, this burger combines fresh crawfish tails with aromatic spices, creating a juicy, perfectly seasoned patty. Served on a toasted brioche bun with a creamy remoulade sauce, this dish brings authentic Southern flavors in every bite.
In a large bowl, mix together the chopped crawfish tails, panko breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, green onions, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
Meanwhile, prepare the remoulade sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and paprika in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crawfish patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Toast the brioche buns and spread a generous amount of remoulade sauce on the bottom half. Place the crawfish patty on top, add a lettuce leaf, and cover with the top bun.
