Combine all of the included ingredients in a bowl and mix. (Coconut aminos are a replacement for soy sauce. They are all-natural and do not contain soy. It is simply coconut sap and sea salt. I love it!)
If you are just using this as a dipping sauce, pour the mixture into a pan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until you get the desired thickness. I like to use this on baked BBQ chicken, meatballs, and meatloaf.
For those recipes, add 1 cup of water (instead of 1/2 cup) with the baked bbq chicken, keep the 1/2 cup water for meatballs, and do not add water for the meatloaf.
