Who doesn’t love a burger for lunch or dinner? Yum! The best part? These burgers are very good for you, especially these healthy red beans beetroot burgers.
1tablespoonpeanut butteruse the pure peanuts one, preferably
1teaspoongarlic
2tablespoons mustardwholegrain
2tablespoonsolive oil
1pinchsalt
1pinchblack pepper
Instructions
Add the onion and beetroot to a food processor until mashed.
Add the onion/beetroot mix to a bowl with ¾ cup of oats, peanut butter, garlic, and wholegrain mustard. Add salt and pepper.
Mix all with your hands until well mixed.
Put the mix in the fridge and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
Take out the mixture from the fridge and start making the burgers with your hands; if the mixture is still wet and hard to handle (sticky), add the rest of the oats, mix with your hands and start making the burgers.
