Instructions
For The Baked French Fries:
On their way to the oven pix.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Toss potatoes and everything else in a medium-sized mixing bowl until potatoes is as evenly coated as possible.
Add potatoes to a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for about 30 – 45 minutes until crispy.
About halfway through the baking time, it takes a second to flip the potato wedges over, so the other side cooks well.
For The BBQ Turkey Burger Sliders:
Heat oil in a grill pan or large skillet over medium heat.
In a large mixing bowl, place turkey, diced red onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper or paprika and Worcestershire and mix with CLEAN hands until well combined.
Form 1/4 cup of little patties and set aside onto a large plate or cookie sheet.
Once your patties are formed, place batches in a hot skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Add cheese slices to hot patties to melt.
Spread BBQ Sauce over both sides of warm rolls, layer the bottom roll with tomato, burger, and red onion and pickle chips.
Close that sucker up, and as I said before, go crazy!
