Anything garlicky is a win for me when it comes to dressings. So, I thought of making thing garlic cilantro mayo recipe. This is so tangy and I love how it complements burgers.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wrap 3 cloves of garlic in aluminium foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until soft. You can leave the peel on.
